• The North County Corridor Transportation Expressway Authority Board is made up of eight members. Two Directors appointed by Stanislaus County, one Director appointed by each city, the Authority Manager and two ex-officio, non-voting members.
• The Board meets the second Wednesday of every month at the County/City Administration Chambers, located in the basement at 1010 10th Street, Modesto, CA 95354.
• The Board elects from among its members a chair and vice-chair who will serve throughout the term of the Joint Powers Agreement.
